Each two-room apartment is elegantly and functionally furnished, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and separate sleeping area. The three-room apartment, ideal for families or groups, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to ensure maximum comfort. The central location makes it easy to explore the historical and cultural wonders of the city.The property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but for our guests we can apply for a temporary loading and unloading permit, subject to notification of the vehicle's license plate and driver's name by noon on the day of arrival. In addition, we offer a private garage, ideal for a small car such as a hatchback. Garage availability is limited and must be reserved in advance, at a cost of 20 euros per day.
